Why am I not receiving notifications?

There may be a couple of reasons that you may not be receiving notifications:
  1. Your devices has not been granted permission for us to send you push notifications.  To confirm:
    1. On an iOS device, go to Settings and then scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on the Connector option. Tap on the Notification option and ensure that Allow Notifications is selected. If not, select it.
    2. On an Android device (this could vary by device), go to App Notifications and scroll to the Connector option. Ensure that the notification option is toggled to On.
  2. Push Notifications in the Preferences section is disabled.  To confirm:
    1. Tap on the hamburger menu at the top right of the app and select Preferences.  Check to see if Enable Push Notifications is toggled to on.
